During a feral movement workshop, you will get in touch with your wild body and its natural movement. In a playful atmosphere, we will go on a journey into the wilderness with a small tribe of human animals. You will learn how to walk on all fours, climb, balance, jump, squat, and more! In the first part of the workshop I will get us warming up by teaching some basic feral movement skills and playing some games. In the second half of the workshop, we will immerse ourselves into our environment and primal bodies and go on a journey unlike any other.
Location: At the creek and in the bush at the beautuful Dreamfarm Village in the Huon Valley, Tasmania.
The address will be provided via email upon booking.
